Hi, seniors:

I know everyone need almost 6 months to get AEO approval from HESDC. But i wonder which employer could wait a along time just for an employee's work permit.

Though i have a good working experience and professional achievement, all employers, which want to hire me, said they can not help me to get my work permit.

Do you have any advice?

AEO is not a refrigerator that you can go out & buy in the market. ;)
It is a very important & exclusive document that endorses a job offer to an alien by a legal & authorized employer. If you are really good in your job & have the ability to convince your prospective employer that you will be an invaluable asset to the Company upon your arrival in Canada, the employer will definitely hold on to the offer till the time you reach Canada. If you see the requirement stated by CIC, they have very clearly mentioned that the Job Offer should be "indeterminate" & full time.
Even employers can land in trouble for sponsoring fake AEO's as the systems in Canada are very well knit & flow of information through various departments is foolproof. They may loose their business status for falsifying information or indulging in unscrupulous activities.
I would suggest try genuinely to obtain an AEO based on your experience & qualifications. Apply online, use the power of Internet to send out your resumes to prosepective employers in your industry.

As I wrote in another topic:

We live in Holland.
We have send about 500 applicationletters with resume by mail, phoned the employers who gave us a reaction and got 7 interviews at the end.
Went to Canada for about 14 days, and got a joboffer in the end!
All the employers we spoke told us that they didn't want to do business with a jobsearch agency because there are a lot of scams going on.
In the end, your AEO may be refused by the HRSDC and you'll end up with nothing...
And the employers also said that they really can appreciate the time and money you put in to get a job.
They think the first impression you give is very important and they miss that with a jobsearch agency...

And as Yukon wrote, an AEO is not a refrigerator you can buy in a store, you have to work for it and earn your AEO!

Regards,
Louise!
