How to get a new visa with BOWP

Hey Guys,
I applied for PR last december and I'm still waiting on the decision. I also have BOWP(Bridging Open Work Permit). My visa from the previous work permit has expired. I'm wondering if I can get a visa with the BOWP, and what the procedure to get one would be,

I applied for PR last december and I'm still waiting on the decision. I also have BOWP(Bridging Open Work Permit). My visa from the previous work permit has expired. I'm wondering if I can get a visa with the BOWP, and what the procedure to get one would be,

TRV allows you to re-enter canada while your work permit keeps u in Canada till u get ur PR. Send ur application to CPC Ottawa and make sure that you use a prepaid express post for the return of ur passport. Never try to leave Canada without a TRV.
