Many of us are planning to move to Canada for good leaving everything behind. One of our main concerns is to find a job and having a local Canadian number for the employers to contact before landing is crucial.

Residential address also comes in useful but ultimately as many others will say getting any employers to even be interested before you are in Canada is a challenge faced by many new immigrants. For example even if you work out how to have a Canadian number on your resume what will be your response to a interview request next week, not skype which granted is becoming popular given the geography of Canada, but a face to face.

thats an alternative but mentioning which app would be a complete answer, still doesnt get over fact inabaility to be face to face at short notice.

Use fongo. I am using on my android and it is working like a charm.

Fongo- Not available for my country (Qatar)

it's nice to know that there is someone else also working on immigration to Canada from Qatar. I'm planning to apply after increasing my IELTS score which is not sufficient right now .
