It is very rear that any Canadian firm will offer job to someone outside Canada. That's why they have skilled worker program. Once you are there, you can try your luck. This is my understanding about this. Let's see what experts have to say on this.

There are no jobs on this forum. If you want to secure a job in Canada, then you will have to apply for jobs through reputable job sites like indeed, the Canadian Job Bank, workopolis and monster.

There is no easy way or short cut. It's hard work.

At the moment with the economy the way it is it is almost impossible find a job when you are in Canada so there no way of finding from outside. It could be done a few years ago. I got an offer and an Lmia from abroad but not anymore i sorry to say.
