What I found from Express entry thing is
- either you have a Provincial nomination or
- you have a job offer.
to get a PR.
Is any of them possible to get from your home country?
I just found contacts from people from Skills International/Canadajobs2015.
And they say they will get you a job and then file for a PR.
Which will become sure shot as a job will earn you 600 pts and thus you can easily reach 800+ points out of 1200.

Please, anyone in the forum help me to know.

It is possible, but you should be an exceptional talented individual in your line of work. Because employee has to convince government that you are better than applicant inside Canada currently.

Good luck .

This is so very nice getting a reply.
My filed of expertise is little narrow if not rare. I am into, Semiconductor job which is classified under IT and engineering thing.
More of embedded and silicon verification kind of job.

Also, to convincing the employer to match the skill set is not tough, but how will anybody just approach, looking from the job bank?

For starter look for potential job opportunities in Job Bank (But job bank is not activated yet so you have to apply to jobs rather they will find you.) . Also you can do an online search and reach company HR directly .

It's your Profile that is Active .
But the main function of Job Bank is not active. (Provincial officials, Government, Potential employers select candidates (like you and me) from the JobBank pool. This way we just have to wait till they pick us from the pool. But now we have to actively apply for jobs,

Pls if anyone have a better idea that me , correct me if I'm wrong.

why will anyone from the pool going to pick me?
or any province going to nominate me?

Remember in job pool there may be 100 thousand profile lying, and I am not sure if any company will take pain of actually going through.
and self filtering of job pool is still not done at other end.

I suggest you do some online research about this organization. They have skillfully chosen their company name, but any place that charges such huge amounts to find a job is illegal in Canada. They can charge reasonable amounts for assistance with paperwork and coaching, etc, but it is the employer who is supposed to pay for recruiting charges, not the applicant. You will find comments in the following link and elsewhere on the Net.

Thanks Pippin.
The amount is large that is true, in fact a lot more than expected.

But the bigger point is that, is it still fake?
Are they going to fullfilll out target even with that sum?

or all there promises are fake.
They may organize an interview which may be just fake as well.

i think it is all arranged .. no one has exceptional talents that make a candian employer bring him from a third world country to do a job in canada.. even trade jobs or low skilled one.. most who go there with job offer r restaurant workers and coffee shop waiters so they know an uncle or a relative who sets that LMIA for them coz i don't think that whole canada with that plenty of overseas students can't find a coffemaker or a shop assistant.. it is all made up and it is just my opinion

+1.

First, if any company/agency/consultant service is advertising "help" with immigration procedures, you should verify if they (or the individuals working for them) are registered here:

http://www.iccrc-crcic.ca/home.cfm?setLanCookie=En

It is a legal requirement for them to be registered, AND to clearly display their registration number.

Personally, I wouldn't go near the cited company with a barge pole.

HTH.

This is not true. As the OP has specialised skills, I would strongly suggest s/he research companies and opportunities requiring these skills and approaching them.

I would NOT be sitting around waiting for the job-matching facility of the Job Bank to be activated. I'd be making sure my LinkedIn profile is top-notch, and reaching out/networking with relevant Canadian companies.

Ok if u don't wanna believe me , here is 2012 LMIA statistics (or LMO at that time) which is the last data available and tell me where is the professional work that canadian employers offered!!!! most of those jobs can be done by any overseas students who is looking for a casual work during his studies so it must be arranged somehow with people who knows well how to play with the rules there ... actually it is funny to tell me that Canadian market was desperate for exceptional talented nannie , cashier, kitchen helpers or light duty cleaner.. where r the doctors, the chemists, the engineers, the pharmacists , the accountants, the teachers, QC specialists and all other what they say white collar jobs!!!! it is all fake and well arranged.. the last draw dropped to 735 which mean the actual weight of the applicant is just 135 points which is a kebab shop worker in his 40 might be .. still an opinion

LMIA is not for highly skilled professions but for professions that are in shortage in canada. my assumption canada may have needed these people /professions. example if ur a skilled welder u can make more than a manager in canada why because very few welders available.
