How to get a job offer before applying for PR

I understand that a job offer is not mandatory for the FSWP. But still, having a job offer increases your chances of getting the PR and makes the initial days of transition much easier. I see there are a lot of folks who do have a job offer before they apply for their PR. I am in India right now. Is there a a way to get a valid job offer with LMIA even before applying for the PR?

Almost impossible. Not being pessimistic, but this is the bitter fact.

The right question would be "How difficult, is it to get a job offer, if you are outside Canada?"

I believe this category of points has been made keeping in mind people who are exceptionally talented OR having good experience and some certifications like PMP or something. Or for those living in Canada and have a job offer there.
Because it is practically impossible for some employer to release a job offer to an employee and then wait 7-8 months to get himm on board !!!
