Just open the papers and take a look at the classified as. Ask around: neighbourgs, relatives, friends. Go take the Free English classes from Gov. and ask there. Walk around and take a look at the shops in your area.

Do a lot of research and understand the Canadian job search process as it is likely to be very different from what you're used to. I've found some short tips for job hunters:

# Cold Calls: Investigate, look for the companies where you'd like to work at, pick up the phone and try to get a meeting with a manager in your area or someone at human resources. Yes, I know it's hard to do. But some people have what it gets to do it.
