Congo to all who have got the ITA!! ;D ;D. I am sitting at 451 points and waiting for the 6th or 7th draw to get featured in the list of successful candidates who have been issued ITAs. :D :D

However, the question which keeps bothering me is WHAT AFTER GETTING AN ITA i.e. how do I secure a job in Canada after getting an ITA?? ::) ::)
Can anybody please throw some light on this. :) :) That would be very helpful for people like me who dont have a pre-arranged job in Canada. Thanks

A job offer is not mutually exclusive to an ITA. If you do receive an ITA, that's just for the PR process and in six months or less you'll be able to live and work legally in Canada without needing a LMIA or a sponsor or have any of the worries that hopefuls have prior to receiving an ITA. As for securing a job, you can set up profiles and search job websites like the Canadian job bank, Monster.ca, Workolpolis, Online classifieds, and when you land you can search local newspapers, attend job fairs, etc.

Dear vjroB$,

I am sure you will receive an ITA in the next couple of draws. I vouch for this. Coming back to your point, the best thing is to reach/connect with the top-most professionals in your field through LINKEDIN.COM. So far, I have done this and couple of professionals are ready to give me a job in their Organization. However, all they need is my PR. This means, I have created a base for my job in Canada.

I have already created my EE profile & mu score is 349 which is not a very handsome score. But, still to a great extent I am sure that I will get an ITA somewhere in the month of July.

Hence, I suggest please try to connect with the people on LINKEDIN.COM & you will see the difference. Nevertheless, share your Resume on Canadian job portals. ALL THE BEST.
