Hi all
As we all know new application pkg asking only 20 pics max to support yur relationship. So my question is how can i present pics:
1) 20 pics on each page
2) can i do collage i mean 2 pics on 1 page
3) any good idea
Plz help. Thnx

yes, you can attach multiple pictures on 1 sheet of paper.

i compiled mine into powerpoint slides then printed them out - 4-6 pictures per page.

it really doesn't matter HOW it's organized. what matters is that the pictures clearly represent a true relationship known to other people.

It's up to you. I did the old forms and put two photos on each page of a Word document with captions underneath and identifiers (name / DOB) in the header of each page, I had about 25 pages in the end, but that was the old package.

I would stick with what they have asked you to do in the new package and limit it to 20 - just pick the 'best' ones, which is to say the ones that if you were someone else that didn't know the two of you at all and saw them, you would have to agree that this was a genuine and loving relationship.

Go for ones with the two of you together, faces clearly visible, happy / smiling etc. ideally in an identifiable setting (holiday locations ideal) and / or the two of you with his or your relatives or friends etc. Obviously if you are married, a photo of you guys and guests at the wedding (one or two should do the trick).

The visa office can always ask for more I guess......

Just my tuppence worth!

Follow the old Russian adage "the more the better"

Thanks guys. Also they mention max of 10 pagea of chat history. So can i print on both side of paper so it can be 20 prints on 10 pages. Or i should print one side only?
Thnx

Interesting that they are now documenting a maximum number. I guess they got tired of all the people sending in hundreds and hundreds of pages of chats and hundreds of photos. They are emphasizing quality over quantity.

i'm guessing it's also related to their initiative to process all applications within 12 months.

Yes, precisely! I am guessing the new guidelines are aimed at making the packs smaller and more concise so easier and quicker to process.

I am sure it is not too difficult for them to 'sort the wheat from the chaff' and 'triage' - to quickly spot genuine relationships vs those that need considerable extra scrutiny.

why people doing collage on a sheet of paper?

I was about to send photo in a classic photo enveloppe and i write details behind the photo

Sending actual printed photos in an envelope, with details written on the back of each photo, is fine. People often use Word to print photos several to a page of ordinary-sized paper, with the captions beside each photo. Either way is fine. I would not do a 'collage' of photos now because they have specified a limit of 20.

No.. chat history for every one. After enaggagment we were in 1.5 year long distance relationship so in that period we have to show constant touch with each other.
So guys thanks to all for reply. Also plz tell me

The chat history is only for common-law.

This is wrong. Chat history is required for couples that aren't living together when they apply, regardless of whether they are applying as married or common-law.

Single sided. They don't want a lot of history.

We didn't send any chat history when I sponsored my wife. I did provide a few pages of call logs however. Maybe it amounts to the same thing.

Old rules.

The new checklist specifically states that couples not living together must send chats/texts/letters.
