There is no way you can find work as a doctor in Canada from abroad. Even for doctors who came into Canada as Skilled workers it takes 2-5 years to get Canadian credentials and start working.

Hi,

I wish you much success in looking for work. As you start submitting your resume to employers and job board, you may want to insure that your resume is professional and sells your experience, knowledge and skills on paper. The job search can go to waste is the resume is poor. Nothing is worse then spending ours sending our resumes, only for employers to place you in the "no thank you" pile. I would suggest the following steps:
Prepare your resume
Send out resumes
Refine your interview skills.

HRinmotion.com is a well known job preparation company that may be able to assist you with your resume and interview skills. They work with high profile companies throughout Canada and US as well as global job seekers.

A few job boards I would recommend are:
www.monster.ca
www.bctechnology.com
www.workopolis.com
www.canadajobs.com
www.careerbuilder.ca

If you require any additional information, I would be more then happy to assist.

I wish you much success in the new year.

Regards,

Mark

Hi Medo,

Its always difficult looking for work from another country. I can only suggest looking at some job boards or getting in touch with any contacts.

You may want to look at fixing your resume before hand, since communication and format may be an issue.

I am a Human Resources Consultant in Canada. I have hired numerous people either locally or abroad for organizations. Speaking from experience, you may want to ensure that your resume is professional and sell you well before looking for work. Nothing is worse then spending hours looking for work only to be ignored due to a weak resume. You really need to sell yourself on paper, especially if you are not local and are applying from overseas. Once you have a well prepared resume then start applying. This will give you more confidence and give you a better chance of catching an employers attention. I have worked with HRinmotion.com in the past and I have had nothing but positive feedback from individuals who have used their services. I was actually told about this company by HR professionals in the industry.

I wish you much success!

Mark
