How to find my username of GCKey

Dear,

I forget my username of GCKey and now I have no access to proceed,
when I tired to create another it’s duplicated and cannot be validated.

I already created a new one, but when I tried to continue my personal details,
they always show "you already have an International Experience Canada profile".

How can I solve it???

What can I do if I forget my Username and/or Password?

Use the Forgot Your Password? link on the GCKey Sign In page if you have forgotten your Password.

If you have forgotten your Username, you will need to sign up for a new GCKey and enrol again with the Enabled Services.
