You need to first create and submit an Express Entry profile. Next step is to create an account on Job Bank
and then your express entry profile becomes valid.
Then you can search for jobs with your NOC code in the job bank and start applying to them.

There are many people here in this forum (including me) who have applied for jobs but have not received any response.
How many people you think are applying with 600 points obtained with a LMIA approved Job offer?
Very few.
But yes, be optimistic and keep on trying. You never know you might just get one.

Hire a Immigration lawyer that's the best way to get a job and LMIA. I have applied as many as 200 jobs through job ban but no reply. IF u are much below 450 try hiring a lawyer
