We all pay barcode receipt with citizenship application form, Is there any way to know if they have processed that barcode i.e. opened application.
My file was received APRIL302020 and no aor yet while i see some from June 2020 are getting aor\
Thanks for replying.

The only way to know would be once you get your AOR. I believe the barcode is unique to their system so it is not linked to something one could check themselves.

Regardless, I suggest submitting a webform requesting them to follow up on your application - let them know that you applied in April and your timeline in receiving the AOR has gone above and beyond that of your peers. Also mention that you are following up to make sure that the file is not lost or misplaced as inferred by this excess timeline.

Some members reported that they received an AOR not long after submitting the webform. Whether or not that was a coincidence, one can’t tell but I believe it worth trying.

Good luck!

Only when you receive AOR, barcode is for office use only.
