Hi there, I currently live in Canada and my sister also wants to move to Canada. She has around 8 years of experience as Software Tester. I recently came across the GTS program but not sure how to find employers who provide GTS qualified jobs. I'm yet to figure our what will be her NOC code but I think she will be eligible for GTS. I spoke with some recruiters I know but they said they don't do LMIA/GTS. Does anyone have any suggestion on this?

The employer is the one who applies through the GTS stream depending on the NOC, skill, pay etc. Your sister doesn’t decide.

So your sister needs to job search and find an employer who can’t hire Canadian talent.

This was my question actually. I'm aware that she can't decide but I was saying that her experience will match one of those NOC codes mentioned in Category B of Global Talent Occupations List.

Ok. So she needs to conduct her own job search through Job Bank, Indeed, LinkedIn etc. She has to search through the sites and find employers not looking for people with work authorization. She can look at provincial programs/RNIP with job postings. Maybe her job is listed. This is a volunteer forum.
