How to find an employer to sponsor for Ontario Provincial Nominee Program

Hi everyone,

So, my concern is how to find an employer to sponsor me for the Ontario provincial nominee program so that I get a work visa and my PR. I am planning on studying HR and finding a job that will sponsor me. Is it hard to find a job in HR? Has anyone studied HR and tried to find a job in HR and then been successful with getting their PR?

Any leads or advice will be appreciated!

First find an employer,
convince for lmo or pnp
all is in ur hands and capability to peform with ur skillss

jobs are plenty for those who network and do well academically

well this is my experience.. (no employer will be ready upfront to sponsor you unless they know wt value you or an employee carry)
