I got my PR few months back. I went to Canada and got my PR card. However i had to come back to my home country because of a family emergency . Now, i want to apply for jobs in different cities in Canada and once i get the job i would like to go to that city. How can i do it ?

Unless you work in a very niche sector with high demand or are a world known professional in a particular field, the odds of simply applying for jobs online in a variety of cities from overseas rarely ever works.
The reason is that you are competing with people who are already in the city and have relevant local experience, etc. Hiring someone that has potentially never even visited the city for a regular role via an online interview is just not that common at all.
