No, full time, absolutely. For example, if you are a lawyer and hired as in-house, it could be NOC 4112 and NOC 1122 at the same time. The job duties on my employment contract shows both, I really don't know which one suits better. I hope I can throw them all in and let the VO decide, can I?

Not, you cannot do that. There could be only one full-time and the other will be part-time.
The same principle applies when you would claim studying and working at the same time. Either of them will be full-time, while the other will be part-time.
