can someone make this perfectly clear please!!!

when completing the checklists for PR, should i include EVERY form on the checklist and write N/A on the form that is not applicable like for example "use of a representative"?

also, if i add those forms, do i still put an X in the box on the checklist because im including it?

OR do i do one and not the other?

please be clear on what to do!

If you've included the document, mark the box. If you have not, mark N/A but don't mark the box.

No, you check the boxes for only the INCLUDED forms.

ALSO, please i sent you a personal message, or you can reply here, i need ur help for this question also...

I have completed everything and ready to submit tomorrow and put everything in the envelope... my question is, little questions like fax number, do i have to put N/A or can i leave it blank if i dont have one?

OR, address where my wife lives do not use postal codes, do i have to put N/A or can i leave it blank if i dont have one?

OR, the part that fills up grey on its own, do i have to put N/A or can i leave it blank if i dont have one?

OR, if your answer is yes, and the NO section asks for explanation, do i have to put N/A or can i leave it blank if i dont have one?

OR, IMM 5490 - after question 19, it says GO TO QUESTION 24, bc the next 4 questions are for common law and we are spouses, do i have to put N/A or can i leave it blank?

things like that, PLEASE BE SPECIFIC.

There's varied thoughts on this. For like the common law thing just leave it blank. They get that that's N/A. If youre leaving a required question blank, like postal code, I'd write N/A. if it fills grey on it own, leave it blank. Did I miss any?

Well, as for the checklist, im sorry, im still not sure.... what i am doing is giving ALL the forms, writing N/A on the ones that are not applicable and checking the boxes for all of them because they all included.... make sense? is that good?

another questions, my wife sent me the papers she had to sign, i got them today, her papers are about 1 inch longer than mine, do you think that will be a problem?

Do not include the forms which are not applicable to you, mark them N/A on the checklist and leave their box as blank.

For your second question, that’s not a problem. Many countries have the same difference in paper size. It works fine.

others have said to include all the forms, mark them N/A and check the box on the checklist to show they are included, even if they are marked N/A.

and are you sure about the paper size, im worried. i will have to have different size papers mixed up.

also, do you know if that number at the bottom of IMM 0008 and IMM 1344 is important? does it change every time you validate? because i validated, then i saved the doc and emailed it to my wife. she printed it out and the number was different. she did not validate, i did.so shouldnt the number stay the same?

can i call cic call center and ask?

For the N/A forms, that’s how I did and I have read it the same way in many threads. Aquakitty have also mentioned the same above.

I am sure about the paper size. You can also read the below thread:
http://www.canadavisa.com/canada-immigration-discussion-board/paper-size-for-forms-t399285.0.html

I don't think there is much significance to the number at the bottom of the form. I haven't heard anyone getting problems because of that number.

For N/A forms I did the way I mentioned, so did not include N/A forms.

Your other questions are already answered above. There are varied thoughts. I can tell you the way I did. For all the questions you mentioned, I have left blank. But like for questions on page 2 of IMM 5481, I filled N/A

Outside of which folder? If you mean outside of the envelop in which you are sending your application, write 'Sponsorship: Spousal' followed by the address you want to send it to, as mentioned in the guide.
