How to extend WP based on global talent stream LMIA

Hello

My LMIA based WP is expiring on Feb14, 2024.

Could somebody help me to find out on how to extend this WP so that I can continue to work after that?

Is applying for Open WP an option ? If I choose that, will it reduce my CRS job offer points ?

If you want to extend, your employer needs to obtain a new LMIA and then you can apply to extend your closed work permit.

If you want to swtich to an open work permit, then you would need to meet the criteria for applying for an open work permit (e.g. have secured a PNP nomination, have submitetted your EE application after receiving ITA).
