How to extend Work permit based on AINP certificate only

Hello everyone,
I recently got my AINP certificate and applied for PR, I know I will not get AOR so soon but my WP is expiring in 2 weeks
I'm Trying to extended my work permit based on AINP certificate only,

QUESTION 1:
The online application was asking for the following required info which I don't understand besides AINP certificate and IMM5710 -
1)IMM5802 Offer of employment to a foreign national LMIA- exempt (needs to be filled by employer)
2)Proof that you meet the requirements of job being offered
3)Employer payment receipt (paid by employer)

=========
-I'm good if i get closed work permit

QUESTION 2:
-now I dont understand why I need to have employer fill the above forms and they have to pay fees, do I really need to fill these out ?

QUESTION 3:
-can i apply paper based and just include IMM5710, job offer, photo, passport copy and AINP certificate ?

Question 4:
-How long is it taking nowadays to get PR file number based on nomination certificate ?

Please help, I don' t have much time

I think you can extend your work permit through your ainp certificate but you need a supporting letter that comes from ainp that you need to extend your work permit.is there any restriction in your certificate about your employer?what is your NOC?and when it comes to AOR as i have read in other forum it takes 4 months to receive AOR in CIC.i hope it will help you this information.

Bro, did you find a solution ? because I am also having same issue but did not get AINP nomination yet !
