Hi guys,
I haven been here almost 3 and half years, according to 4-years maximan rule.
Is there any solution can extend my work permit? plz let me know, I need at least one more year valid work permit for immigration processing.

These categories or occupations are the exceptions for which a work permit can exceed the four-year limit:

NOC O and A (including spouses/dependants of these skilled temporary foreign workers)
LMO-exempt jobs under
- International agreements
- Canadian interests
- Self-support
- Humanitarian reasons
Jobs that do not need a work permit
Permanent resident applicants who have received a positive selection decision or approval in principle
Provincial nominees applying for an employer-specific work permit

Hi HossanHamed,
Thanks for yout response, according to Provincial nominees applying for an employer-specific work permit
Am I qualified if I got AINP file number by email, but haven't has Certificate of Nomeenation?
My work permit is almost expired and it's my forth year in Canada :(
I really need to extend at least one more year to let it processed.....
Can you please let me know if you have any idea, I appriciate~

You are qualified to get a work permit extension IF you already have your certificate of nomination. The AOR or file number from the CIC will qualify you for a BOWP.

Sorry, you cannot use your AINP file number to get an extension. I guess your only option would be to have your employer file a new lmia for you. However, if your job falls under NOC O or A, you are exempted from the four-year rule. ^____^
