How to exclude spouse name from PR file after submitting documents & receiving AOR.

Hello All

I have one query. I have already received AOR and submitted biometrics, medical, PCC as well. Is it possible now to exclude my spouse name from my PR application since I am the primary applicant and she is a dependent.

Also, if meanwhile I recieve PPR request, can i submit only my passport and do not submit her passport for visa. Will passpor office or landing officer ask any questions? Will it affect my PR or my landing in Canada.

In my opinion, you should inform IRCC about your case using webform. They will reply to you with some options you can choose and go ahead.

IRCC anyway needs the information on all family members of the primary applicant so that in future if you sponsor them there are no surprises.

You should not do anything on your own and must follow what IRCC is asking you to do in case of PPR request.
