Hi!YPal said:One more thing. Does anyone know what kind of proofs of experience they would ask for in the interview other than recommendation letters written by employers? Would they ask for old tax records or something else? Because I know a letter can be written by anyone himself. I am trying to get whatever is needed ready beforehand so I have everything they ask for at the interview instead of them asking me for something else and then there would be a delay of another few months. Any advice on this?
It does not work like that. Not every body is called for interview. Only 1 in 10 people are usually called. Normally tax records are not required but When they will ask you to send full docs send everything if you like to send tax records, reference letters, employment contracts. Then they verify your job from your employer by phoning them or writing or visiting in person. If everything is ok then you are granted medicals /prr. If there is any doubt then you are called for interview. In intrview you can take all your papers and tax records if you like or any thing else you think will support you.
Thanks
