How to do I request for Ontario PT notification?

I just found out about Ontario Express Entry PNP. I read through all the websites but everywhere it gives me instructions on how to submit an application after I receive a PT notification.

But I don't know how should I request for the PT notification/approval through MyCIC account? Would anyone be able to help me please?

Also, do I have to delete my current Express Entry profile and then re-create another one to apply for Ontario Express Entry PNP?

You can't request for it - they send it to applicants who fulfill their criteria,

1. CRS score of at least 400

2. Bachelors/master/Doctorate from Canada or ECA if from outside Canada

3. Profile created on or after 1st June

It is this 3rd point which is making people withdraw their existing EE profile and submitting a fresh one so that they can be favorably considered.

Do we need to select only Ontario province in Express Entry profile or can we select Ontario + other provinces .

Point 3 is not necessarily black and white as you make it sound. What's more important to note here is when Ontario ACCESSED your profile in the pool. They started "fishing" in the pool after June 1. I got my PT Notice of Interest, despite the fact that I completed my profile back in late May.

Important:

June 1st Restriction
At this time Ontario can only search the Express Entry Pool for candidates who meet Ontario's Human Capital Priorities stream criteria and who have submitted an Express Entry profile on or after June 1st 2015.

Accordingly, for the Human Capital Priorities stream, Ontario will only send notifications of interest to candidates who submitted an Express Entry profile on June 1st or after.
