How to decide Skill type

Hi,

I am going to apply for Canada FSW in NOC 0213 but not sure what I need to put in Skill type. Total I have 6.5 years of experience in which around 1 year ( getting 1 month less by end of May ) in managerial , 3 years as tester and 2.5 years programmer . Now while filling the schedule 3 what should I put in the Skill type.

Any help is much appreciated.

Other question is as I am planning to send the application by early June when my Managerial responsibility will be just above 11 months, will this going to be a issue if I mention 1 year in the application.

I am pretty sure my employer is not going to give a certificate about my duties so is it fine if I write it in a paper and submit to them once they decide for further processing.

why won't your employer give u a certification?

They are saying they don't have in their policy to provide detail of my responsibility in letter head.

You should put the job description matching your work from the NOC code you qualify and will be using to claim points..

Regarding other part of your question "employer's policy, not to provide JD on letterhead" is pretty common but its ur case, ur money, ur future & hence ur responsibility to convince ur employer to provide u what u want. I got it after 4-5 months of followup.
