Whenever I try to assess myself on Come to Canada tool, it says ineligible. How I can create my account. Kindly provide me link
My credentials are;
IELTS: CLB 8 in all
Education: Master (ECA by WES)
Age: 39
Experience: more than ten years
No Canada experience or job offer or provincial nominee

Thanks I got 72 in that. When I calculate on David Cohen calculator it gives me 338. I don't know what to do
