How to correct the data in CIC file?

If the officer did it on purpose, what is the skill to ask her to emend it?
Such as she verified your original marriage certificate and has the copy in hand, but she said that you are divorcing in Bangadesh even she knows your husband is in Canada living with you.

CAN I SAY THAT CBSA OFFICER MISLEAD/mislead THE OTHER CIC OFFICER OR CBSA OFFICER IN SUCH CASE?

AS A CIVILIAN, IF WE REPORTED TO POLICE WRONGLY, WE WILL BE CHARGED AS "MISLEAD" THE POLICE ...., CRIMINAL CHARGE, IMPRISON PENALTY. ANY BODY KNOW THE ABOVE CASE?
