How to contact with CIC while waiting for result?

Hi everyone. I've applied for the student permit online last week and yesterday they sent me a request asking for different additional documents.
I have a few questions and clarifications to get from them. How can i contact with them? Call? Or email? I couldnt find any number or email that I could ask for more information regarding my application.

I think you can raise a Case Specific Enquiry CSE.
