if the problem is regarding sending a PM.. then u have to acquire a certain number of posts and then u r eligible to send PM..Though am not sure how much it is, I assume it is 20 posts..!!

You cannot PM any member unless you make 20 posts .... After 20 posts, your status will be converted i.e. from Newbie to Member ... Then you will have access to PM members...
