Hi Guys!
I have this kind of situation. I got my ITA and my representative applied on behalf of me. I do not have an access to online account because the representative applied in her account. Unfortunately, I have some doubts that she is telling a truth all the time. That's why, I would like to contact IRCC directly. Is there any chance to contact IRCC over the phone and ask them if everything is alright? I found this number 1-888-242-2100 but never ever got a chance to talk to an agent. I could only use automated services.

You have the correct number, you will have to wait 20-30 mins in order to be connected to an agent.

I assume you meant ITA.
If you have a representative then all your communication with IRCC is supposed to be via that representative. If you are not comfortable then look to change representative.

It was a typo. I think it is too late to change a representative.

I can wait but they never transferred me to an agent. They say " We are currently experiencing a high volume of calls. You may hang up and try to call later" or something like that :(
 
same here. my agent replied like a week later after i send him my inquiry.

anytime i ask him about something that would earn him a potential paid client, he replies immediately but when i shoot a quick one line email ''hey any updates on my application'' then its just crickets.
whats the harm in saying " no updates yet"? instead of making me send u 5 emails first before u finally decided to reply to me.4
i wonder if all agents are like this.
i would also like to gain access to my account myself.
Could you pls let me know what is the name of your representative.
