I have this kind of situation. I got my ITA and my representative applied on behalf of me. I do not have an access to online account because the representative applied in her account. Unfortunately, I have some doubts that she is telling a truth all the time. That's why, I would like to contact IRCC directly. Is there any chance to contact IRCC over the phone and ask them if everything is alright? I found this number 1-888-242-2100 but never ever got a chance to talk to an agent. I could only use automated services.
