how to contact immigration program manager

Hi all

i need to know how to contact immigration program manager for cpc ottawa visa office as i got a refusal letter and the problem is the refusal letter is addressed to my spouse and not to me the main applicant ...i emailed the visa officer to reconsider my case or to send me another letter addressed to me not to face any problems in the future but he didnt answer me for aweek now

so i will send a letter to the program manager
any advises

How is your case going? I hope they reconsidered their decision.

Can you tell me the email of the immigration manager? I want to send them a letter too. They refused my sister's visitor visa application due to her family tie in Canada. What's wrong with she has family tie in Canada, my husband and I have contributed a lot to this country and never did anything wrong.

Please help!
