How to contact CIC

Hi, I submitted my CEC application in May and received AOR in June 2014. Later in July I sent my employment letter through email with reference to my AOR. But I did not get any confirmation from cic that the employment letter was added to my application.

My question is, does cic usually send any acknowledgement for mails similar to my case?
How to contact CIC to confirm the Emp letter added to my app?

I would appreciate any suggestions.

No they don't.

Email them to ask, or request your GCMS notes if you're really concerned.

When you sent any email coomunication you should get automated reply on that.
But sometimes the automated reply does not come.also cic in most of the cases does not sent any reply with their acknowledgement.
I did sent document 3 times over mail but did not get any reply.but dont worry they will associate your docs in your files.its their duty.
If you really want to know you can sent out a email with specific quary.do not expect you will get reply.
To be more sure please order gcms notes and once you get it look for the incoming communication section to see if they had received your doc.

You can try giving this number a call 1-800-242-2100. I think its for CIC in Ottawa but not sure. They werent able to help me yesterday with my credit card issue but you might have more luck

If you have sent the email and if you have got automatic reply that email has been received , there is nothing to be worried about. Remember you have to keep communication minimum as possible.

If you are too much concerned order GCMS notes and go to incoming section ( communication from you to CIC ) is been updated with new reference letter or not , if not then straightway contact cic.

Dear Concern,
I have submitted my document through Currier Service to CIC. A CIC concern received but could not find my application status through Online to create a link from CIC account. What can I do to find out my application status? Otherwise give me an email address which account I will communicate with CIC, Sydney, Nova Scotia.
