how to contact CIC to replace imm 5669 submitted form

i did some thing wrong on my imm 5669 form. my application submitted last month. what i do now to replace it?

This is also what others refer to as "case specific enquiry". Scan and upload it via this route. This way, CIC must receive it, until normal mail which can get lost. If you want to be safe, send the original hardcopy via mail as a follow-up.

But i got SA Letter which mention my application transferred to London Visa office. Shall i transfer to London (UK) or Mississauga?

As already stated. CSE is the best method, because it will be automatically routed to the office that has and is working on your file.

Cover Letter of Explanation.
Form 5669 Corrected.
Then send to your Visa Office.

I made a mistake too that's what I did.

Did you sent via online form or mail to visa office?
