How to confirm if the application has been accepted

How do we confirm that the application has been accepted (all paperwork is in order)?
Do we get some notification?

If the application is returned, do they send any notification or update online?

YES Once they start processing your case, they will send you a notice (along with the discover Canada book ) to confirm that they have received your application.

IF for some reason your application was uncompleted , it will be returned to you with a letter to explain why it was returned.
