How to clarify this visa rejection statements....

I got visa rejection In general category....stating that

*You have not satisfied me that you will leave Canad by the end of the period authorized for your stay because:

*Your proposed studies are not reasonable in light of one or more of: your qualification, previous studies, employment, level of establishment, other educational opportunities available in India or Canada, language abilities or your future prospect and plans...

I took PGD Project Management course in College.....

My qualification: Bachelor degree in Civil Engineering
Experience: 5 years
IELTS:6.5 bands

I don't knw why visa officer mentioned like vise....
Project Manager is one of the main factor in construction industry. A person with 5 years of work experience is deserve for this course and more over my last working designation as a Project co-ordinator.
Regarding other educational opportunity.. this course also providing in India but not in PMI standard and lots of Project Management opportunities are available in India.

These are my answers to my rejection quotes...

I would like to reapply for same course again...Then how to remove these statements of visa officer this time...friends pls help me to sort out this issue...........

Is your previous education i.e B.E attained somewhere in Punjab through P.T.U or your passport is issued with address in Punjab, they randomly reject files .... Apply Again mentioning that you have parents and property in India, your study in Canada is incidental to your career growth as you believe faculty and co-op will provide you better opportunity to learn the skills of Project Management which is prominently applied in construction industry.

actually I don't have time to clarify my situation in caipson note....release of caipson note will take another 6 weeks.........

Oh!!! I thought u r applying for next intake..!! If u r applying for sept 2012, then I really dont know..!! May be u shud again review ur case by urself.. That might help u to rectify the rejection reasons..!!

may be u can show it to some good consultants..i dnt think they can help u..its all in vo s hand ..keep your profile strong..course selection is important it should be matched with ur previous studies even though some of them got otherwise..take loan against collateral..if u have any gaps fill it care fully ..the work experience should be in the same field..create a strong sop..mention mainly 1)why this course2)why this college3)why canada 4) why not india5)wats ur wish after completion of the course ..never mention u want to stay there..

Last time i didn't submit SOP...bcoz my consultancy told that SOP is not required for visa purpose...I blindly follow the consultancy....

That is the Biggest mistake done by most of them..!! See, u can use the consultants..coz u need them for the paper works and all..!! But for anything the ultimate decision is urs..!! they cannot be a "be all and end all" of everything because they follow things from the previous cases..!! But each case will be different and some needs some modification from the contemporary methods..!! Anyways as u r now applying in general, try to add as much as documents required to prove u r a genuine student..!!

Statement of purpose. It is just one piece of paper on which you have elaborated your previous studies/present studies or any relevant work related stuff and then why you want to persue this particular course in Canada, not in your home country etc...It has to be precise and to the point. No flowery over the top reasons have to be there. It is not everything. Visa officer still has to use his/her logic depending on a case by case situation however it helps them to understand your point of view without interviewing you. If there is something missing in your profile, you can mention on it and back it up as documentary evidence etc
