How long it will take for medical request from Los Angeles office
I received an email from Los Angeles Visa Office and I did submit my documents with IELTS test result overall of 7 rating. Status says 'In process'. Can any one please help me understand when will they call for Medical request and RPRF.

· Letter of introduction from company which was submitted to us authorities in support of your HIB visa application.
· IELTS test results.
· Copy of Master’s diploma.
*Documents in languages other than English or French must be accompanied by a certified translation – that is a translation prepared by an accredited translator.
*Unless original documents are specifically requested, please submit certified true copies of supporting documents. All Police Certificates must be original. They will not be returned to you.
Ø IN THE EVENT OF CHANGE OF ADDRESS: It is essential that we be able to communicate with you in order to process your application. You must report any change of mailing address as soon as possible by mail, fax to (213) 625 7154, or email. *We accept NO responsibility for misdirected mail if you fail to advise us of a change of address. Failure to keep us informed of a change in address, could lead to delays, and possible refusal of your application.
Ø IN THE EVENT OF CHANGE OF FAMILY COMPOSITION: You must notify us of any change in your marital status or family composition: birth, marriage, engagement, divorce, death, or any other significant change. You can do so by mail, fax to (213) 625 7154, or email. Failure to advise us of these changes could result in delays in processing and possible refusal of your application.
Please submit the documentation requested above as soon as possible. If we do not receive all the documents requested or the explanation within 120 DAYS from the date of this letter, we shall assume that you are no longer interested in pursuing your application and your application will be refused and your file closed.
If your application is refused, you would be able to reapply, but you would be required to submit a new application and pay a new processing fee. The new application would be assessed according to the Immigration and Refugee Protection Act in force at the time that the new application was filed.
PLEASE NOTE: If you are required to submit police certificates or take medical test, in general, it can take up to 4 months to obtain the results. We are unable to continue the processing of your application without the above required documents. Please note that reasonable delays in obtaining police certificate and medical results are taken into consideration. We will review your case in ( 120) DAYS to verify that all documents have been provided. We ask that you DO NOT contact us within the next four ( 4 ) months while waiting for the above requested documents unless you have a change in your family composition or a change of address, or unless there are compelling reasons why you are unable to obtain the required documents within this timeframe. If you do not submit the required documents within this timeframe, your application will be assessed on the basis of the information that was already before the officer and this may result in a refusal.
