How to check application Status using UCI

Hi,

I have received my UCI and application no but I am not sure how to check the application status in cic.gc.ca.
I was trying to check it using CIC online services by clicking " Check your application status"
Unfortunately it is not working.
Please help or advice.

The UCI you get with AOR1 is the sponsor's UCI. Use that and the sponsor's information. You can also check the application's status with the File Number given with AOR and either the sponsor's or principal applicant's information. (Note, if you log in this way with the principal applicant's info, it won't display any of the information for the sponsor's portion of the application).

Sometimes it takes a week or more after AOR1 to be able to access eCAS. Sometimes people are never able to access it. eCAS is also notoriously inaccurate.
