How to check application status by using UCI or passport number

I have applied throug an agent in SDS for fall 2020. My application was on background check one week ago. How can i check my application status by myself when needed.

If you have an application number and UCI then you can raise web form.

Any other way? Becoz online search services are also not working for me..i dont know why?

I don’t think so that you can get any info with passport no.
