HOW TO CHANGE POST GRAD WKR PERMIT TO TEMP WRK PERMIT?

HELLO EVERY 1 , I HAVE A QUESTION, RIGHT NOW I HAVE 1 YEAR POST GRADUATION WORK PERMIT, BUT AFTER THAT I DON'T WANT TO GO BACK TO MY COUNTRY, SO WHAT SHOULD I DO? :-[
PLEASE HELP IS THERE ANY SPECIAL PROVINCE IN CANADA TO HELP ME
ANY HELP WOULD BE APPRECIATED....

You should change your status from PGWP to Temperary Foreign Worker. You are eligible to apply from inside Canada. You must complete all described requirements for TFW. Refer Link.

1. Your employer should apply for a labor market opinion(LMO) from service canada/HRDSC. Since you were hired under a post graduate work permit, they do not have to show recruitment efforts.
2. If LMO is approved, you can apply for a work permit(following the link provided by ome700). It's best to start the process well before your work permit expires because it does take some time to process.
