Go to your ECAS and change it there. It's very easy. But it takes time for them to change it. Mine took about a month to get reflected on ECAS again.

are you not coming back soon ? just send an email to CPC-CTD-Ottawa @cic .gc .ca asking them to change your previous address ( type it down) with the new address .. after a few days you'll notic the change on your ECAS.. Good luck

I don't think email addresses are case sensitive. You'll be fine with all upper, lower, or even mixed cases.
