How to change last name on study permit

hii I am international student in Canada I got married after getting visa but I do not inform to immigration because I was not know about that procedure now I want to inform immigration that I am married and also want to put husband' last name with my name as I put on my passport. Plz someone help me how can I do this.

hey call CIC, they will provide you with a form to fill and send it back to them. they will proceed in changing your name and send you a new copie of study permit
