How to change address in ECAS

Hi,

Recently I went to my home country for a couple weeks’ vacation. Since I didn't have visa when travelling, I have processed my visa in home country and came on a new visa. After coming back to Canada, my address in ECAS has been updated with the address I have provided while process my visa, which is my home country resident & mailing address. I have immediately submitted a request through the link provided in ECAS to change the address. Its been more than 4month and still my ECAS address is showing my home country address only.

Does anyone in this forum change their address successfully. Can you please help me how do I change my address in ECAS.

Just would like to know if any one able to change the address successfully. If so, please advise which process you followed. I am bit concern about my home county address in ECAS.

CIC is a joke!! I am in the same situation. Changed my address multiple times over the last 2 months but my address is still not updated. Called CIC and they refused to change my address or at least tell me why.
