How to change accompany spouse option in Express entry

How can i change the accompany spouse option. Initially i had selected that my spouse will accompany me. Due to personal reasons my spouse and children shall stay behind and i am ready to under go the sponsorship process at a later time.

Log in and change the number of people accompanying you. Be prepared if you get an ITA that you will have to declare you are married and have children, but that they aren't coming with you.

I am not able to find this part in the EE entry. It only states how many family members does xxx have. Pls support in this. Rgds

Actually good point. It might be prepared EE that you answer this. Sorry, I'm not sure.

Although for that bit it does still say that you have to put the number of family members even if they aren't going with you to Canada.

Yeah thats what it says. I have indicated that.

@goldenman thanks for posting this! I almost started panicking, looking for this [Modify Family Information] when I wanted to change the answer for [Will this person accompany me to Canada?].

Thanks to this forum, I managed to add my wife to my EE after accepting OINP nomination. I'm not sure how this will affect my application, but for those that might want to do the same, here are the steps in a bit more detail.
(1) login to your EE profile
(2*) check full application status
(3*) View your profile
(4*) Modify family information
(5) Click on next until you get to the part where it asks you if your spouse will accompany you. Choose yes and complete the questionnaire. (Make sure to make it all the way to the end of the questionnaire)
(6) go back to step 3 and enter the details for your spouse.
You can enter the text of the steps marked with * in your browser find/search feature. Might make finding the links easier.
