How to cancel the LMO

Hi All,

My employer do the LMO and now i got the LMO but, i want to cancel LMOn. How i can cancel the LMO? and how long the process?

You don't cancel it, you can't cancel it. Only the employer can. If you don't want the job, don't use it; don't send a WP application. After 6 months or whatever date of expiry is written on the LMO, it expires. But you need to inform your employer that you don't intend to use it so she could start the process again, in case s/he really needs somebody to work for him/her.

If new employer start the process the LMO. Can they do the process for me?

Yes if you found a new employer and they did the advertising requirements, they can send a LMO application in your favour.

LMO cancellation

I got an LMO from an employer but I dont want the job anymore and now I found a new job my question is...Can my new employer apply for me a new LMO even I have already LMO before from the first employer?
