how to cancel study permit & get GIC refund after withdrawing from college

Hello

I need urgent help regarding my problem. I'm leaving my course and want to go back to India so I've submitted Withdrawal & refund form at college and They said I need to send them pictures of air ticket, boarding passes and passport Stamp while landing in India. Then only college will start refund process.

But I'm confused about GIC refund. As I still have $8000 in GIC and $1400(from $2000 credited initially when GIC got activated) in regular account. So my question is CAN I STILL GET GIC REFUND OF $8000 ?? I can withdraw $1400 as it is no longer part of GIC. Please give me suggestions. What documents required to submit Refund application??

Another Important question: As I'm withdrawing my college so how to cancel my study permit?? Maybe cancelled study permit proof required for GIC refund?
