Hi,

I sponsored a friend in 2015 and she was able to get a 4 year visitor visa with multiple entry to Canada. She came and visited and left in that year. Now however, I would like to no longer sponsor her if she uses the same visa to come to Canada. How can I go about doing that?

Thanks

You can't, a sponsor doesn't really carry any weight for a visitor visa and you and no obligations towards her in the future. It's why a sponsor letter really doesn't mean a lot for cic

Nothing you can do to cancel her visa, unless you know and have proof she is involved in criminal activity or some immigration fraud. Even then, all you can do is report it and IRCC won't tell you if they investigate or not, nor the results.

There is no such thing as a "sponsor" for visitors in Canada. You acted as a host.

The wording is important as a sponsor has legal obligations over the sponsored person. In terms of hosting a visitor you have no responsibility whatsoever after the initial trip. So there is no point in worrying, what she does or not with her visa is not of your concern anymore.
