How to cancel a PR?

They have shared custody. But they are the type of people that will not return the PR card. Because there ultimate goal is to come here. We sent her back home because they told her to lie that we spank her which was found false so that we can end up in jail and she can ask for her mother in court. Thats why we are not bringing her back because its the 2nd time she is doing it.

As already said, they can't use the child's PR card to come to Canada, so it doesn't matter if they have the card and won't return it.
