How to call?

Can someone please tell me the secret to contact CIC?

I had some extra documents requested and I just want to call and make sure they were received because I have these nightmares that they somehow dont see them and then the deadline passes and im SOL...

Please tell me a phone number where I can talk to a real person... I call the number listed and its just automated BS...
