How to Call IRCC (CIC) from Outside Canada

I use FlyNumber. It's only $2.95/month. It is very easy to use. Check their website

I tried again today to call cic to check if the loe i sent via cse was updated or not but still couldnt connect to an agent,i tried sending an email and they replied that i should call or raise a cse as my application is in central office sydney,now what can i do please?
But,why are you not able to connect to agent. I called them again and had a chat for 5 minutes. Yes, I had to wait for 30 mins on the call, as all the agents were busy.
Are you calling from outside or inside canada???i always have the message that sorry all agents are busy and then the line disconnects automatically,i call that number +1 (613) 944-4000 and then press 1 for most of the choices enter my profile number and birthday year then hear a message sayingg my application status and eventually end with the above message when i choose to speak to an agent
After this +1 (613) 944-4000, i used these options...111122..first four digits are correct, however after that I was choosing the options after listening the announcements.
Guys what should i do now since i cant reach an agent by phone?should i raise another cse to ask about my previous cse??? Is there a way to email centralized office nova scotia sydney???

Would like to check, when you raised the CSE which option did you choose for the case?
There are two options that looks closest
1. Replacement documents, Amendments to documents and verification of status documents
and second one is
2. Permanent residence (applied online)
Please let me know which option did you choose?

Tanx for this info. So now I got d number from flynumber, how do I link it to zoiper for calls(making and receiving)?

I have not tried the receiving though but outgoing calls work with zoiper. If you find it difficult, send me a pm, I'd gladly help.
